What is the return policy?
Shit happens-we get it.
-Sometimes things don’t go as planned. Maybe the fit’s off, something arrived damaged, or it just wasn’t what you expected. While we stand behind everything we make, we know life isn’t always perfect.

We currently offer exchanges only — no refunds. If something’s not right, we’re happy to swap it out or send a replacement.

Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order if there's an issue. After that, all sales are considered final.

When will I get my order?
Most orders ship within 7–10 days, but here’s the real talk.
Some of our pieces are ready to roll, others are made to order — which means your gear is crafted just for you. We aim to ship everything within 7 to 10 days of when the order is placed.
That said, delays can happen during busy seasons, sales, or the chaos that is holiday shopping. If that’s the case, we’ll always do our best to keep you in the loop.
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can stalk your package properly.

Where are your products manufactured?
All OhZiggy pieces are made and assembled in-house right here in the U.S.
We keep production close to home so we can stay hands-on and obsessed with every detail. Materials are always sourced for quality and ethics — but their origin can vary depending on what we’re creating.
Bottom line: if it doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t make the cut. Every piece is built to last, designed to turn heads, and made with intention — not mass production.
